Privacy policy for Critical Load: Rush Hour and this support website.

The essentials

The game works offline. We do not collect gameplay data from the app, require a game account, serve advertisements, or include tracking or analytics services. Your progress and preferences stay on your device.

If you contact support or visit this website, the information involved is described below.

Who is responsible

Evolution Cloud Services, Inc. (EVOCS) publishes Critical Load: Rush Hour. You can contact us at contact@evocs.tech or by mail at 8 The Green, Suite #8371, Dover, DE 19901, United States.

Information in the game

The game stores campaign progress, research choices, saved missions, and settings locally so you can continue playing. This information is not sent to EVOCS by the game. The app does not request contacts, precise location, photos, a camera, or a microphone, and does not use advertising identifiers.

The game has no EVOCS cloud-save service. Apple’s device backup, App Store, diagnostics, and TestFlight services operate separately under your Apple settings and Apple’s privacy policy. Information you choose to send through Apple’s testing or feedback tools may be made available to the developer.

When you ask for help

If you email, call, or otherwise contact EVOCS, we receive the contact details and message you provide, plus attachments you choose to send. We use that information to respond, investigate issues, and improve the game. Please share only what is needed to explain your question.

EVOCS’s company privacy policy describes how support correspondence and other direct contact information are handled, including retention and privacy requests. It currently specifies retaining contact information for 12 months after the service ends.

This website

This site does not add advertising, analytics, tracking cookies, or a contact form. It is hosted on Microsoft Azure. Delivering and protecting the website involves technical request information, such as an IP address, requested page, browser information, and request time. Microsoft may process service and security information as the hosting provider. See the Microsoft Privacy Statement for more information.

Email, telephone, EVOCS, and Apple links open separate services. Their own privacy notices and your settings apply when you use them.

Sharing

We do not sell game data or share it for targeted advertising. Support correspondence may be handled by the service providers EVOCS uses to operate its business. EVOCS may also disclose information when legally required, as described in the company privacy policy.

Your choices

You control the game’s local data on your device. Deleting the app and its local data removes the local save; device or cloud backups, if enabled, must be managed separately through Apple. Uninstalling can permanently remove your progress.

For information you have sent to EVOCS, email contact@evocs.tech to request access, correction, or deletion, or to ask a privacy question. We may need enough information to verify the request and may retain information where required by law.

Children’s privacy

The game does not collect personal information from players, including children. Children should ask a parent or guardian to contact support on their behalf. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us so we can address it.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page and its effective date if the game or these practices change. Material changes involving collection of information will be described before they take effect.

Questions are welcome.
